Drinking tea like there is no tomorow, which helps burn calories.My hardest thing is the sweets.
However i fully want to do this,so i do my best and not over eat M&MS hehe hard hard hard to do.
But its good aslong as i eat no CARBS those r evil.I am switching my fashion up this month.
I am going for t-shirt and jeans or black pants.

The Beginning Sunday

Goodmorning,

Today is the big day to start the diet again. Its Summer and i got to get to the chase. I am crippled so i cant really workout however in two weeks i will do more excersice.
I wokeup this morning starting it of with a tea, later have two scrambled. The diet i choose to do is ATKINS.
ONLY PROTEINS AND VEGGIES. NO CARBS. Hopefully i can lose aboout 5 to 8 kg.
Next step must buy a scale. And hopefully end of the diet i can buy mself some new clothing.
26 JUNE IS THE NEXT DAY I WILL SET MYSELF ON THE SCALE.

Furthermore here some inspiration of fashion and obviously of slim bodies.

OMG i want her flats

Heeeey peeeps,

So the atkins is kicking in and yesterday i did bodycombat! wow intense stuff , it burns like crazy .
It is the best for your metabolism and shaping the muscles. I feel ache today however i will def do this once a week. For the rest i mixed it up a little by this week eating eggs in the morning and next week cornflakes special K with a cup of milk. :):) enjoying my weight loss and gymmin.

33ways to curb your cravings for bad foods and to a small bod



1. Get rid of all the bad foods you crave for!
This is the easiest "most common sense" thing you can do to kill your carvings so...
Just throw out all those snacks, candies, donuts and other bad foods that's making you gain weight and even if you still have strong cravings for those bad foods...
The next 20+ tips below will definitely help curb your cravings & put you on the track to permanent weight loss if you stick to them...



2. Eat more fiber (Raw Fruits & Veggies)Fiber keeps you fuller longer and kills all your sugar cravings. Get fiber by eating fruits (especially apples) & vegetables, whole grains, nuts (almonds are the best)and seeds.

woke up quite early had time to up date you all.
Making my lovely cup of Green tea with splenda sometimes i would call that moment in the day my high.

Day 1, It all starts with now

Dear bloggers and whomever might read this!
I will be posting everything news of celebrities but really all about me and my major change and weight loss.
Today is my start im leaving on a jetplane to Europe and moving back there.Starting a new life therefore i thought prefect time for a new blog and a new body.My first secret doing the Atkins Diet famous diet which is based on proteins. Drink alot of water. Sleep well, and obviously my little addiction, cigs and gym.
Futhermore i am trying to get into my dream school to do fashion management. Hopefully i get in , i would be the perfect candidate. I dont know my weight and im not gonna weigh myself. However in two week i will.
By then hopefully i will have lost 5 kg.
