Goodmorning,
Today is the big day to start the diet again. Its Summer and i got to get to the chase. I am crippled so i cant really workout however in two weeks i will do more excersice.
I wokeup this morning starting it of with a tea, later have two scrambled. The diet i choose to do is ATKINS.
ONLY PROTEINS AND VEGGIES. NO CARBS. Hopefully i can lose aboout 5 to 8 kg.
Next step must buy a scale. And hopefully end of the diet i can buy mself some new clothing.
26 JUNE IS THE NEXT DAY I WILL SET MYSELF ON THE SCALE.
Furthermore here some inspiration of fashion and obviously of slim bodies.
